Araceli and Javier Servera Ribas

This winery is one of the oldest on the Island but has invested in modern winemaking.  The wine tastings are done in a beautiful manor house in the 'kitchen' and in the summer in the romantic courtyard. Ribas Rosé wine is the best summerwine on the island.

• Annual production: 190,000 liters (200,000 bottles + 15,000 liters bulk sale)

• Varieties: Mantonegro, Gargollassa, Syrah, Prensal blanc, Viognier

This beautiful winery is an old farm of 18 hectares between Alaró and Santa Maria. The vineyards are cooled daily the winds from the ocean. 

The combination of climate and soil results in elegant wines with quality and a fresh focus.
